The firm ZUMRUT FOOD INDUSTRY AND TRADE INC. Was founded in Gaziantep in 1995 but the export office is in Istanbul. It operates on a covered area of 6.400 m2 and an open area of 14.200 m2, by a personnel of 92 and produces 6.000 tons of Chocolate,2500 Tons of wafers,2700 Tons of Chewing Gum and 1000 Tons of candy per year. The development was very fast and every year the capacity was increased by several tons, since its founding. Since 2004 it started to export to 50 different countries and has acquired the targeted market share.


Our first priority objective of our firm are to make use of the possibilities of the advanced technology for a production of a rapid and high-quality manner with the new production lines every year and by developing continuously new products.
